7-Day Return & Exchange Window :
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The process is simple and customer-friendly.

Shipping Information :
All orders come with free shipping, with no additional delivery charges.
Prepaid Orders are expected for Custom T-shirt – No COD.

COD Handling Fee :
We encourage choosing prepaid payments, as Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹100 handling fee per item.

Refund Process :
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited directly to the original mode of payment.
For COD Orders: Refunds are provided as Eagletrend Wallet Credits.

Unboxing Video Advisory :
Please make sure to record an unboxing video while opening your package. Keep all labels and seals visible in the video.
This serves as validation in cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Without video proof, we may not be able to proceed with refund or return requests.

Exchange Terms :
Exchanges depend on product availability and can be done only once per item.

Order Changes or Cancellation :
You may modify or cancel your order (changes in address, phone number, product style, or size) as long as it has not been shipped.
